Shopping List (December 12-18)

This is the minimum you should have on hand by tomorrow.

I recommend a vegan diet this week. But as I am not a stickler for such things none of my meal recommendations include any unless you include the coffee.

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 5 cups all-purpose Flour
  • 3/4 cup + 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 30 oz. refried beans
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • cooking oil
  • 2 yellow onions
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 24 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • Coffee
  • 1/2 teaspoon saffron threads
  • One 1/4-ounce packet active dry yeast
  • 3 cardamom pods
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
