Weekly Shopping List (December 19-25)

This is the minimum you should have on hand by tomorrow.

I recommend a vegan diet this week. But as I am not a stickler for such things many of my meal recommendations do not include any this week.  I have some meals for which I recommend dishes but have not had the time  to find recipes yet.

  • 3 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 6 cups all-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 30 oz. refried beans
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 3 yellow onions
  • 1+ tsp. salt
  • 24 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Cups Coconut Flakes Sweetened
  • 3/4 Cup Grape Jelly
  • 1/2 teaspoon saffron threads
  • One 1/4-ounce packet active dry yeast
  • 3 cardamom pods
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • Raisins
  • Chicken breast 1
  • Barley 9 oz.
  • Sago 2 oz.
  • Ginger paste 1/2 tbsp.
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tbsp.
  • Green chillies 4
  • Cilantro
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ham
  • Fish
  • Hard Cider
