Loaded Oatmeal Kookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. Milk
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 2/3 cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/3 cup raisins

Cooking Directions

1 Preheat oven to 350°.

2 Grease cookie sheet.

3 Mix butter with sugar and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla, and milk. Mix ingredients well.

4 Separately combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add combined dry ingredients to the mixture and mix well.

5 Stir in oatmeal, sweetened coconut flakes, walnuts, pecans, raisins, chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips.

6 Spoon drops of dough onto cookie sheet.

7 Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
